9.3.2 Too Long To
Open OE (or NOE)
Door
Occurs if door switch does
not open within the allotted
time.
Alarm Screen
Alarm Detail
Door switch did not open in
allotted time.
Causes and Correction:
1. Door switch malfunction
• Check LS1/LS3 (LS2/LS4)
connections
• Readjust LS1/LS3 (LS2/
LS4)
• Repair LS1/LS3 (LS2/LS4)
2. Power door mechanism
failure
• Repair mechanism
• Readjust door cable
• Replace motor
NOTE: Door switch may fail
closed to a closed state when
hot. Verify both 1 and 2
(above) then replace switch.
9.3.3 Pressure In
Chamber
Occurs if 2 psig (0.14 bar)
pressure is sensed in the
chamber.
Alarm Screen
Alarm Detail
2 psig (0.14 bar) pressure
sensed in chamber when not in
cycle.
Causes and Correction:
1. Valve Malfunction
•Repair V02
2. Control out of calibration
• Recalibrate (contact
qualified Service person)
3. Transducer, PT1,
malfunction
• Test transducer
• Replace
• Recalibrate
