3. Once selected valve has been opened, chamber pressure (or
vacuum) is relieved to atmospheric level. Depending upon
circumstances, 10-30 minutes may be required to relieve the
chamber.
NOTE: Chamber pressure relieves through drain line.
4. Leave service area to watch chamber gauge, once pressure (or
vacuum) reaches an atmospheric level of 5 psig (or 5 inHg)
return to service area and activate V37 (operating end door seal)
or V38 (non operating end door seal) switch.
5. Wait until chamber and seal pressure reach 0.
6. Sliding door units only: Press hard upon the door cover (toward
the chamber), until the door moves a small distance
(approximately 1/8" [5 mm]).
NOTE: Even after the chamber and seal reach pressure level
of 0, some "stickiness" may remain between the door's inner
surface and the door seal. Effort may be required to release door
from seal.
7. For Sliding door units: Press hard in normal door-travel direction
until door begins to open. For Hinged Door: Unlock door and
swing open a small amount.
8. Allow any remaining vapor and heat within chamber to escape.
9. Set manual activation switches on air manifold back to original
positions.
10. Once vapor and heat have escaped chamber, push door fully
open and remove load.
