9.5 Water
Conservation System
Alarms
If the sterilizer has been fitted with either of the water conservation
options, the following alarms may appear.
Condition Alarm Screen on Sterilizer Control Service Information
9.5.1 Tank Water
Too Hot
(Green Machine)
Occurs if tank water
temperature is greater
than 155°F (68°C).
Alarm Screen
Alarm Detail
Tank water temperature is greater
than 155°F (68°C)
Causes and Corrections:
1. Check water utility supply
Water pressure should be a
minimum of 20 psig
(dynamic).
PS3 Water Utility Supply
Pressure Switch.
V4 Tank Fill/Cooling Valve
ST1 Water Utility Supply
Strainer
2. Water supply temperature
should be a maximum of 70°F
(21°C)
3. Check the calibration of RTD4
(Tank RTD).
4. Check MV6 (Tank Drain
Valve) to see if it's closed.
5. Check the Tank Float Switch
(LLS2).
