9.4.2 Too Long In
Jacket Charge
Occurs if jacket does not
reach set temperature
within allotted time.
Alarm Screen
Alarm Detail
Jacket did not reach required
temperature within allotted time.
Causes and Correction:
1. Steam pressure
< 50 psig (< 3.4 bar)
• Check steam supply piping
2. Steam regulator malfunction
• Repair
3. Valve malfunction
• Repair V09
4. Control out of calibration
• Recalibrate (contact qualified
Service person)
•Test RTD3.
9.4.3 Too Long To
Seal
OE/NOE Door
Occurs if OE or NOE door
seal does not reach
5 psig (0.4 bar) within
allotted time.
This alarm can also be
caused by Door Lock
cylinder NOT being made
after cycle is started.
Alarm occurs if Door Lock
cylinder and seal
pressure are not both
made within 4 minutes.

Door seal did not reach 5 psig
(0.4 bar) within allotted time
Causes and Correction:
1. Seal pressure switch
malfunction
• Readjust PS1 (PS2)
• Replace PS1 (PS2)
2. Seal not activating
• Check seal steam
• Check seal exhaust
3. Valve malfunction
• Repair V35 (V36)
