In the navigation pane of the Data Collection Software, select GA
Instruments4 ga37304 Plate Manager.

At the boom of the screen, click New.

Enter plate record information, then select Spectral Calibration in the
Application dropdown list.

In row A01, enter a sample name, click the next cell, then enter a comment if
needed.
5.
In column 1 of row A01, select the instrument protocol y
ou created for the
spectral calibration.
