Replace the 1X run buer in the anode buer jar and the buer reserv
oir every
48 hours, or before each batch of runs.
When you replace the 1X run buer, do not add fresh buer to old buer. Discard old
buer, then add fresh buer.
IMPORTANT! Using old 1X buer can lead to loss of resolution and data quality

our 20 mL 3730 Running Buer (10X) into a graduated cylinder.

Add 180 mL deionized water to bring the total volume to 200 mL.

Mix well, then set aside.

Close the instrument door.
2.
Press the Tray buon to bring the autosampler to the forward position (see
Figure 1).
3.
Wait for the autosampler to stop moving and for the green status light to
illuminate before you open the instrument door.
4.
Unplug the buer reservoir. Remove the buer, water, and waste reservoir
assemblies from the instrument.
5.
Disassemble each reservoir assembly then empty the contents of the reservoirs
into an aqueous waste container.
6.
Clean each reserv
oir using deionized water.
7.
Dry the reservoirs using lint-free wipes.
