Perform spectral calibration for sequencing and fragment analysis
A spectral calibration creates a matrix that is used during a run to reduce raw data
from the instrument to the 4- or 5-dy
e data stored in the sample les.
Note: The run times listed below do not include the time for the oven to preheat.
