Search for a plate record
1.
In the navigation pane of the Data Collection Software, select GA
Instruments4 ga37304 Plate Manager.
2.
Use the search functions if needed.
Function Procedure
Show all plate records Click Find All.
Find a plate by Plat
e ID (barcode) Enter a Plate ID, then click Search.
Find a plate by plate record
attributes.
• Results Group Name
• Plate Name
• Application (Type)
• Number of wells (Size)
• Status (Pending–no samples
defined, Pending, Processing,
and Processed)
• Plate Owner
• Instrument Operator
• Date Last Modified
1. From the Type of Search list, select
Advanced.
2. Click the Condition field, then sel
ect the
relevant search condition. The conditions
that are displayed depends on the
attribute that is selected.
= (equal), < (less than), > (greater than),
Not Equal, Contains, Starts With, Ends
With, or Between.
3. In the Value field, enter the attributes of
interest. (Value 2 is active only when the
Between search condition is selected.)
4. Click Search.
Add plate records to the search list Select the Append Results checkbox.
Remove plate records from the
search list
Click Clear or Clear All.
