When installing:
•
While installation is basically a reversal of the re-
moval process, careful attention should be di-
rected toward the following:

Attention:
Make sure that the seal between windscreen and
roof is correctly positioned!
•
Replace damaged clips
•
Align clips parallel to the roof frame

Note:
Insert windscreen in the rubber grommets at the at-
tachment points without the shims!
•
Position left/right A-pillar trim against the wind-
screen and press on the clips from below until
you hear them snap into place
•
Install spacers in rubber grommets and install
the fasteners
•
Install roof
•
Tighten fasteners on front windscreen

Torque specification:
Windscreen attachment ................................. 5 Nm

Remove foam rubber covers (arrows)
•
Remove 2 fasteners
When installing:
•
Installation is the reverse of the removal proce-
dure
