When installing:
While installation is basically a reversal of the re-
moval process, careful attention should be di-
rected toward the following:
e
Attention:
The rubber grommets (arrows) must seat securely in
the surrounding groove in the housing!
The speaker cable runs through the rubber
grommet (1). Do not crimp during installation of front
trim!
Position to avoid rubbing and abrasion!
X
Torque specification:
Front trim attachment ..................................... 2 Nm
Replacing left/right speaker brackets
The following section provides a portrayal of the
procedural sequence to pursue when extracting the
speaker located upon the left side of this vehicle.
The operations for the bracket on the right side are
essentially the same.
Speaker removal
Remove rubber grommets
Remove fasteners (arrows)
Remove bracket (1)
When installing:
While installation is basically a reversal of the re-

Insert speaker in the groove (arrows) of the bracket
on the left!
Route to avoid rubbing and abrasion!
