Insert the battery (p.34).

Insert a card (p.34).
With the card’s label facing toward the
front of the camera, insert it into the
card slot.

Attach a lens (p.44).
Align the lens’ mount index with the
camera’s mount index.

Press the power button to turn on
the camera
