Ridecontrolisanoptionalfeaturethatincreasestheridecomfortofthewheelloaderover
alltypesofterrainwitheitheranemptyorloadedbucket.Itallowsfasterspeedsduring
operation,resultinginincreasedproductivityandoperatorcomfort.Itwillalsoreduce
shockloadstothewheelloaderforreducedtireex,structuralfatigueandvibration,
resultinginlongercomponentlifeandreducedcosts.Ridecontrolwillreduceforeandaft
pitchingmotionduringtraveltoallowfasterspeedsinloadandcarryapplications.
Themachineisequippedwitha3-positionridecontrolswitch(manual,auto,andoff).Mostcommonly,theoperator
willchoosetoleavethisswitchintheautomatic(center)position.Withridecontrolactive,thegreenindicatorlightwill
illuminateanytimethemachineistravelingfasterthan5km/h(3.1mph)indicatingthattheridecontrolisfunctioning.
Ridecontrolwilldisengageautomaticallyatslowerspeedsforloadingandunloading.RidecontrolcanbeleftONat
alltimes,whetherloadingorroading.
ToturnridecontrolOFF,pushonthebottomoffunctionswitchfortheOFFposition.
Thetoppositionoftheswitchturnsridecontroloninthemanualposition.
NOTE:RidecontrolshouldbeOFFwhenthebucketisusedinnegradingoperationsorwhenprecisionplacement
ofaloadsuspendedfromthebucketorotherattachmentisrequired.
