Prioroperation:
Keepallnon-authorizedpersonnelclearofthearea.Parkthemachineonrm,levelground.Lowerthearmsuntil
bucketedgeisontheground.Applytheparkingbrake,andstoptheengine.
1.Loosenthesetscrew(1)locatedneartheendofthe
adjustabletransmissiondeclutchpressureswitch.
2.Rotatetheouterbody(2)oftheadjustabletransmis-
siondeclutchpressureswitchineithertheclockwise
orcounterclockwisedirection.Turningtheouterbody
clockwisewillincreasetheamountofbrakepressure
requiredtoactivatethedeclutchfunction.Turningthe
outerbodycounterclockwisewilldecreasetheamount
ofbrakepressurerequiredtoactivatethedeclutch
function.Adjusttheadjustabletransmissiondeclutch
pressureswitchaccordingtooperatorpreference.
3.Theadjustabledeclutchpressureswitchissetto
10.34bar(149.9psi)plusorminus0.55bar(8.0psi)
fromthefactory.Forevery1/4turnoftheouterbody
thereisa1.03bar(14.9psi)pressurechangeinthe
switch.Thepressurechangeisthesameineitherthe
clockwiseorcounterclockwisedirection.
4.Tightenthesetscrew(1)locatedneartheendofthe
adjustabletransmissiondeclutchpressureswitch.T est
theadjusteddeclutchfunctionfordesiredeffectina
clearopenareaawayfromobstacles.Readjustasde-
sired.
5.Thetransmissiondeclutchisactivatedbybrakepres-
sure.Ahigherbrakepressuretoactivatethedeclutch
functionisdesirablewhenoperatingoninclines.Higher
brakepressureistheresultofincreasingbrakepedal
travel.Alowerbrakepressuretoactivatethedeclutch
functionisdesirablewhenoperatingonrm,atter-
rain.Lowerbrakepressureistheresultoflimitedbrake
pedaltravel.
