Calibratethegearboxwhenthehourmeterregisters250hoursforanewmachine.Calibrationofthegearboxshould
beperformedevery1500hoursthereafter.
Prioroperation:
Runthemachineandwarmtheoiltoabout85°C(185.0°F).Keepallnon-authorizedpersonnelclearofthearea.
Parkthemachineonarm,levelsurface.
1.PlacethetransmissioncontrolleverinNEUTRAL.
2.Settheparkingbrake.
3.Withtheenginerunningatidle,entertheservicescreen
menuandscrolltoCongscreen.Presstheconrm
key.
UsedownarrowbuttontoscrolltoCalibration.Highlight
Calibrationandpresstheconrmkey.Alwaysfollowthe
promptsonthescreen.Shouldanerroroccur,usethe
escapekeytostartoveragain.

Thescreenwillshowaconrmprompt.Ifyoudoubtyour
abilitytoperformthisoperation,presstheescapekeyand
callyourdealer.
Ifmachineconditionsareincorrect,anerrormessagewill
appear.Thecalibrationprocedurewillnotcomplete.Fol-
lowthepromptstoaidincorrectinganymachinecondi-
tions.
