1.Closethedrainvalvesandllthecoolingsystem.
2.Drainthefuelreservoirandtopupwithsuitablefuel,
see"FluidsandLubricants"sectioninthismanual.
3.Draintheenginesump,llwithcleanengineoiland
checktheoillevel.
4.Replacethelteringelementofthefuellters.
5.Installthebatteries.
6.Greasethemachinethoroughly.
7.Checktheconditionoftheengineaccessorydrivebelt,
andreplaceitifnecessary.
8.Checktheconditionoftheairconditioningdrivebelt
andreplaceitifnecessary.
9.Checkthehydraulicuidlevel,andaddmoreuidif
necessary.
10.Checkthetravelreductiongearsandswingreduction
gearoillevel,andaddmoreoilifnecessary.
11.Cleanthecylinderrods.
12.Unplugtheairlterinletandtheexhaustpipe.
13.Removethe"DONOTOPERATE"tagandstartthe
engine,followingthestartingupprocedure.Keep
non-authorizedpersonnelclearofthemachine.
14.Keepacarefulwatchonallsystemsdisplaypanel
lampsandindicators.
