withtheparkingbrakeappliedandtheattachment
loweredtotheground.Thepilotlockoutshould
beengagedtoneutralizehydraulicow.
2.Placethetransportation/servicelinkintheservice
positioninordertopreventunexpectedarticula-
tion.
3.Locatethetransmissionoillevelsightgaugeonthe
leftsideofthemachine.
4.Ventilateproperlytoreducethedeadlyexhaust
fumes,ifthischeckistobeperformedinanen-
closedarea,
5.Checkthetransmissionoillevelatidlespeedwith
theoiltemperatureof65-70°C(149.0-158.0°F).
Theoillevelshouldrisetothetopofthegauge.Oil
levelshouldbebetweenthebottomandtopofthe
crosshatchregion.
