5.Starttheengine.Positionthebucketatontheground.
Shutthemachineoff.Loosentheboltsholdingthe
targetbartothetargetmountingbracket.Slidethe
targetbartowardstheproximityswitchuntiltheface
oftheproximityswitchiscompletelycovered.Alignthe
targetbarparalleltothetiltcylinder,andtightenthe
bolts.
6.Turntheignitionswitchtotheonposition(notacces-
soryposition).Donotstarttheengine.Positionthe
bucketcontrollevertothefullrollbackposition.The
electromagneticdetentshouldholdthecontrolleverin
thisposition.
7.Loosentheboltsholdingthetargetbartothetarget
mountingbracket.Slowlyslidethetargetbaraway
fromtheproximityswitch.Whentheproximityswitch
faceisnearlyuncovered,theswitchwillbeactivated,
andthecontrolleverwillreturntothecenterposition.
Tightentheboltsmaintainingthislocationofthetarget
bar.Verifythatthe3.5-5mm(0.1-0.2in)gapismain-
tainedbetweenthetargetbarandtheproximityswitch.
8.Makesuretheproximityswitchandallthemounting
boltsaretight.Starttheengine.Setthedetentswitchto
theonposition,andsetthereturntotravel/oatdetent
switchtothereturntotravelposition.Raisethelift
armstoapproximatelythehorizontalposition.Position
thebuckettothefullydumpedposition.Puttheloader
controlleverintherollbackposition,andverifythatthe
electromagnetholdsitinthatpositionuntiltheendof
thetargetbarpassesinfrontoftheproximityswitch.
Lowertheliftarmstotheground,andverifythebucket
isatontheground.
