6.25 Not in auto
This function can be used for indication or to raise an alarm in case the system is not in Auto. The function is set up in menu 6540.
6.26 Connection TCP/IP and network parameters
The AGC can be connected with TCP/IP communication. This requires an Ethernet cable. Use jump menu 9002 to see the controller
IP address.
When connecting a controller, a static IP address on the PC can be required. The default network address is:
• IP: 192.168.2.2
• Gateway: 192.168.2.1
• Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
The static IP address on the PC is then 192.168.2.xxx, where xxx is a free IP-address in the network. If the IP address is changed
from 192.168.2.xxx, to, for example, 192.168.18.xxx, the connection is lost, and a new static IP for the PC must be made in the area
of 192.168.18.xxx.
All controllers can be connected to a switch, but before doing this, it is recommended to create unique IP addresses for all
controllers in the network.
The network parameters can be changed with the Utility Software. The first time it is recommended to have a point-to-point
connection between the PC and the controller. Open the Utility Software and press the General settings
button in the top
toolbar.
A window appears, where the connecting IP address must be entered:
