 In the linear axis mode, the Windows Mask Setting Range value must be FirstPosition < LastPosition, and the
trigger can work within the range value.
 Troubleshooting
 If an error occurs during the execution of the Instruction, you can refer to the content of ErrorID (error code) to confirm
the current error status.
