The Cleaning Tool Is Not Effective
Is the cleaning tool effective for
the workpiece being milled?
The cleaning tool is effective for the following
workpieces.
Zirconia, composite resin, and CoCr sintered
metal

Is the milling bur holder installed
in the correct position?
The position in which to install the holder
to the cleaning tool differs from the position
in which to install the milling bur. Install the
milling bur holder in the correct position.

Have the bristles of the cleaning
tool spread out?
If the cleaning tool bristles spread out, the
tool's effectiveness at removing milling waste
will be reduced. If the bristles have spread
out, replace the cleaning tool with a new one.

Is the detection pin properly
attached?
The cleaning tool uses the length of the
detection pin as a reference. Check the
position of the milling bur holder on the
detection pin.
Refer to the "Setup Guide" ("Dimensional
Drawings" (Detection Pin Dimensions)). If
the milling bur holder is not installed in the
correct position, install the milling bur holder
in the correct position, and then perform the
automatic correction.
