Warnings for use
– Usetheextensionsonlywiththeforksforwhichtheywereconstructed.
– Beforeuse,checktheirintegrity.
– Alwaysapplythepinwiththerelatedsplitpin.
– Donotuseloadsexceedingthoseindicatedbytheforksonwhichtheforkextensionsaremounted.
– Refertothecapacitydiagramoftheforkstowhichareappliedtheextensionforks.
– Makesureoftheloadstability.
– Donottaketheloadwithasingleextension.
– Donotuseextensionsforpurposesotherthanthoseforwhichtheywereconstructed.
Installation
– Fittheextensionontheforksafterestablishingtheintegrityoftheextensionandtheforks.
– Putthefastenerpin“2”withtherelatedsafetypin“3”.
DANGER
Never use if the forks or the extensions if they are defective or show tampering signs.
