Set all other bits to 0 so that they will not have unexpected effects in case the
other bits are defined later.

Command name: two ASCII characters that identify the command.

18-n If present, indicates the parameter value you request for a given register. If
no characters are present, it queries the register.

The following example sends a remote command:
In this example, the 64-bit address of the remote device is 0x0013A200 40401122. The destination 16-
bit address is unknown. The BH command is being set to 1 on the remote device with the change
being applied immediately (equivalent to sending a separate AC command).
