• The SmartDate X40 has three sets of mounting
holes
• The holes A and B are used to position the
Intermittent model Printer over the print anvil base
• The center set of holes (position C in the following
illustration) are used for mounting Continuous
Printers
• The Head Mounting Plate should be positioned to
the right for a left-handed Printer and to the left for a
right-handed Printer
Head Mount Upgrade Kit
If upgrading an ‘L’ Shape Bracket from an existing SmartDate 2/3 installation, use the
SmartDate X40 head mount upgrade kit 5825194.
