5. To secure the core on the axis, place air blow gun onto the valve and
fill compressed air into the valve.
The core is secured to the axis via the locking jaws.
Danger of collision while m o vin g up and down with open e d roll mounts!
Damage to the Heavy Roll Tool
Ensure that the roll mounts are closed.
6. Move the roll mounts to the highest position with the UP button.
7. Move the dancing rollers upward with the LOAD button.
10.4.3 Inserting empty core on the unloading side
Insert empty core to wind up the roll medium in the same manner as the
roll medium on the loading side.

1. Set the Heavy Roll Tool 60 to Manual with the selector switch.
