This new resistance value must be
entered into the software before
using the printer. This will be done at
the final stage.
Record this resistance value: R=1342
Fit the new print head to the printer
and ensure the head is pushed up
flush against the mounting plate.
While holding the print head in this
posi
tion tighten the two screws using
a 2mm Allen key.
Refit the IDC to the print head
assembly.
Clean the print head to ensure a good
prin
t quality and avoid premature
damage of the print head.
Replace the locking bar as shown to
retain the print head correctly.
