20 Init: print head
voltage
A security system measures the
voltage to the print head. If the voltage
is too high or too low this error comes
up.
Check for shorts in the cable that end
in the print head itself.
DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS - call
for qualified Easyprint personnel or
contact the supplier.
21 Init: Main power
supply
The voltage supplied by the external
power supply is tested during start. If
the voltage is out of specification
(24V±6V for Compact 32d, 32c and
53c or 48V for Communicator II), this
error is shown.
Check the power connection.
28 Empty Label The field contains no data or there are
no fields in the label.
Redesign the label.
29 48V low (for
Communicator II only)
Power loss or damaged power supply.
30 24V Low (for
Compact 32d, 32c
and 53c only)
Power loss or damaged power supply.
102 Start when printer not
ready
The printer has received a start signal
while printing. Reduce speed or
increase distance between start
signals.
103 No acknowledge on
start pulse
Communication error between
controller and print unit. Check settings
and try again.
104 Step command
timeout
Communication error between
controller and print unit. Check settings
and try again.
105 No response Communication error between
controller and print unit. Check settings
and try again.
107 Print pulse while
delaying start pulse
A print pulse was detected while the
Start pulse delay system was active.
Check the start pulse input signal and
the start pulse offset value.
108 Buffer empty The print buffer in the printer's memory
was not ready to feed the print head
with data. Contact supplier.
