5.8 Flow Calibration (Internal Pump Option Only)
This procedure calibrates the rate of the flow generated by the internal pump. The following procedure
must be performed if the instrument:
After a service or repair.
When the external flow check has found the flow to be outside normal range.
When a new pump has been installed.
When the instrument is reset to factory defaults.

• Calibrated Flow Meter
Procedure
1. Disconnect any external tubing connected to the rear ports of the instrument (Sample Port,
Exhaust Port, etc.).
2. Open - Main Menu → Calibration Menu → Flow Calibration Menu.
3. Select - Pump Control → MANUAL - Accept.
