3.4.34  Hardware Menu 
Advanced Menu → Hardware Menu 
This menu contains factory hardware installations. If the user reset to factory defaults, then they may 
need to revisit this menu to enable their installed optional features.

Select the instrument model. Normally this only needs to be reset 
when the configuration is corrupted. The selections available will 
depend on licensing. It is not recommended to run an instrument 
with firmware set to an incorrect model. 
Choosing the incorrect front panel will result in the traffic lights 
behaving inconsistently. Default is Aluminium. 
When Enabled indicates the instrument has a network port 
installed. Default is Disabled. 
Orifice Size 
[Internal Pump Option Disabled] 
Specify the input orifice for instruments without an internal pump. 
Default is 1.08 for Standard range instruments and 1.50 for High 
range instruments. 
When Enabled indicates the instrument has an Internal pump 
installed. Default is Disabled. 
When Enabled, analog input 1 is treated as a measurement of CO
2
. 
This gas will appear on the Home screen and can be logged as the 
second gas. Default is Disabled. 
When Enabled the system will not perform automatic backgrounds 
and it will not warn the user that it is not doing backgrounds. Rather 
it is the responsibility of the operator to remotely trigger the 
backgrounds. Default is Disabled. 
Setpoint target for the IR Source voltage. At power up, the Source 
Pot will slowly adjust until this setpoint is reached. This is normally 
set by the factory. 
Setpoint target for the Cooler Voltage in the IR Detector. At power 
up, the Cooler Pot will slowly adjust until this setpoint is reached.
