6.4.6 Sintered Filter/Orifice Replacement
Equipment Required
• Orifice/filter removal tool (PN: H010046)
• 9/16” Spanner
Procedure
1. Remove the vacuum source from the Exhaust Port.
2. Refer to Figure 138. Unscrew the Kynar nut from the fitting (anti-clockwise).

3. Remove the Kynar fitting from the measurement cell (anticlockwise).
4. Remove the spring from fitting to gain access to the orifice.
5. Remove the orifice by screwing in the orifice removal tool (finer thread end) clockwise, then gently
pull the orifice out of the fitting.
6. Remove the remaining O-ring and sintered filter.
