Acclarix LX9 Series Diagnostic Ultrasound System User Manual
Utilities
 EDV/ESV: set the author of the formula that is used in EDV/ESV calculation. There are
three options: Teichholz, Gibson and Cube.
 HR Cycle: set the number of heartbeats that are assumed in the HR or FHR measurement
calculation. Range: 1-8.
 Fix Caliper By
Select the way for fixing caliper (completing measurements). Available options include Freeze,
Store, Comment and Body Mark.
 Worksheet
 Calc. Method: set the calculation method for the finally displayed result in the report when
multiple times of measurement operation were done for one measurement item. Available
methods include Last, Average, Max. and Min.
 OB Settings
The system supports the following OB measurement settings:
 Fetal Age: set equation for measurements which are used for calculating fetal age.
 Fetal Growth: set equation for measurements which are used for calculating fetal growth.
 Estimated Fetus Weight: select an equation for the Estimated Fetus Weight calculation.
 Growth Curves Display: set single or quad curves as the default display format for the
Growth Curves.
 Default GA display: set the CUA (Composite Ultrasound Age) or AUA (Average Ultrasound
Age) as a default result displayed in the worksheet.
 GP Display Format: set the display format of fetal growth percentage on growth curve
graphic. Available display formats include: No(not display the growth percentage), % and
SD (standard deviation).
 Display OFD on eOB measurement: set whether to display the OFD result when using
eOB measurement on a fetal head image.
 GYN Settings
The system supports the following settings for eFollicle measurement:
 Follicle Number for eFollicle: set the default number of follicles to be detected
simultaneously when using eFollicle measurement function.
 Follicle Display Format: set whether to display the measuring line of the border and
diameter of each follicle on the image after the eFollicle measurement is done; set whether
to display the number or mean diameter value on each follicle.
 Ovary Display Format: set whether to display the measuring line of the border and
diameter of the ovary on the image after the eFollicle measurement is done; set whether to
display the mean diameter value on the ovary.
 HIP Settings
 Set the default result of eHIP measurement. Available options include HIP Angle, HIP D/d,
HIP Head_L and HIP Head_W.
