The liability that we assume based on the conditions cited above is limited exclusively to repair, replacement or refund.
ENVIROSIGHT is not liable for consequential damage or collateral damage that can arise in conjunction with the sale or operation of the
product. This also applies for consequential damage that can be classiƂed as commercial loss, such as lost proƂt, downtimes, damage to reputation,
damage to equipment and/or property.
