Operation of the SVC110 borehole camera
NOTE!
The SVC110 borehole camera can only be operated with the RAX500 cable reel.
The DCX5000 desktop control unit gives you the possibility to operate the SVC110 borehole camera.
For changing to vertical mode, position the switch at the front side of the RAX500 cable reel to vertical operation mode.
Move the right joystick forwards / backwards to lower or lift the borehole camera.
Set the camera to the 0-position (0° panning and 0° rotation) by pressing the joystick button of the left joystick.
Move the left joystick to the left / to the right to turn the camera to the left / to the right.
Move the left joystick forwards / backwards to turn the camera upwards / downwards.
Move the left joystick to the left / to the right to make the camera rotate.
For a faster camera movement continue to push the left joystick to the left / to the right.
If you wish to keep the current camera position release the left joystick.
In case the light intensity provided by the camera head should not be sufƂcient the auxiliary light can be modiƂed with the encoder wheel auxiliary
light intensity.
To increase the light intensity, turn the encoder wheel for the auxiliary light forwards.
To reduce the light intensity, turn the encoder wheel for the auxiliary light backwards.
