7.7 RS-232 serial line cable
This cable establishes the connection between a PC or laptop and a QC-
DR-275-SS2 drive and a QC-RPS-160-SN0 regenerative power supply
via the X5 connector for these modules.

The following connections may be used:
NOTE. Only for models QC-DR-275-SS2 and QC-RPS-160-SN0.
NOTE. FAGOR does not supply the RS-232 serial line cable.

NOTE. The metal shield must be soldered to the hood of the connector on
the side connector of the QC module. Do not connect the reserved pins.

MANDATORY. If the PC does not come with an RS-232 serial port, then
make the connection using an RS-232 USB adapter. E.g. US-101
Brainboxes. 1 Port RS-232 USB to Serial Adapter. Note. Remember to also
install the adapter driver on the PC.
NOTE. FAGOR does not supply the RS-232 USB adapter.
