20.2 Adding a voice annotation
General
A voice annotation is an audio recording that is saved in an infrared image.
The voice annotation is recorded using a microphone headset connected to the
camera. The headset can be connected using a cable, or using Bluetooth
®
wireless
technology. The recording can be played back in the camera, and in image analysis
and reporting software from FLIR Systems.
Procedure
Follow this procedure to add a voice annotation:
To preview an image, push the Preview/Save button. This will display the
documentation toolbar.

On the documentation toolbar, select the voice annotation toolbar
button, using the joystick.

Push the joystick. This will display the voice annotation toolbar.3
Record the voice annotation. Make sure the microphone headset is con-
nected to the camera.

To save the voice annotation and close the voice annotation toolbar, select
OK and push the joystick.
