Controls in detail
Rear heating
For optimum climate control, set the tem-
perature control to the center position.
Only change the temperature in small in-
crements.
If you switch off the air conditioning, the air
supply and circulation functions are deac-
tivated. Only use this setting for a brief pe-
riod. The windows could otherwise fog up.

Air conditioning in the rear/rear heat-
ing
E Press the i button.
If the indicator lamp in the button lights
up, the rear-compartment heating/
rear-compartment air conditioning is
switched on.
If you want to cool the interior air to the set
temperature, you must switch on the cool-
ing with dehumidification function on vehi-
cles with an air-conditioning system. The
interior air is then cooled and dehumidi-
fied. As a result, the windows will not fog
up.
Condensation may collect under the vehi-
cle while the air-conditioning system is in
operation.
E Press the ¿ button.
If the indicator lamp in the button lights
up, cooling with air dehumidification is
switched on.

in small increments.

G Warning
If you switch off the cooling with dehumidifi-
cation function, the interior of the vehicle is
not cooled (in warm weather) or dehumidi-
fied. The windows could fog up more quickly.
As a result, you could be distracted from road
and traffic conditions and cause an accident.
