Technical data
The cooling system design and anti-corro-
sion/antifreeze agent used stipulate the
replacement interval for the coolant solu-
tion in your vehicle. Please observe the re-
placement interval specified in the
Maintenance Booklet for your vehicle.
Failure to use MB 325.0 anti-corrosion/
antifreeze and/or failure to adhere to the
specified replacement interval may result
in a significantly shortened service life. For
coolant composition and water quality,
contact your authorized Sprinter Dealer.
Whenever the coolant is replaced, a con-
centration of 50% by volume of corrosion
inhibitor/antifreeze should be maintained.
This provides antifreeze protection down
to –34.6 °F (-37 °C). Do not exceed a con-
centration of 55% by volume (antifreeze
protection down to approximately –49 °F
(-45 °C)), as the heat dissipation proper-
ties deteriorate at higher concentrations.
