Controls in detail
Submenus in the Settings menu
Use the buttons on the steering wheel.
E Press the V or U button repeat-
edly until you see the Settings menu in
the display.
E Press & to switch to the submenu
selection.
You will see the collection of submenus.
There are more submenus than can be dis-
played at the same time.
E Press W or X to select a sub-
menu.
The current submenu is highlighted.
E Press & to switch to the submenu
selection.
E Press W or X to change the set-
ting.
The changed setting is saved.
You can select the following submenus:
O Instrument cluster (e page 91)
O Select the units and the language
O Select the display for the status line
O Clock/Date (e page 93)
O Lighting (e page 94)
O Switch constant headlamp mode
and the locator lighting on or off
O Switch the exterior lighting delayed
switch-off on or off
O Vehicle (e page 96)
O Set station selection
O Set the windshield wiper sensitivity

E Select the Inst. cluster submenu using
the W or X
button.
E Press the & or * button repeat-
edly until you see the
Temperat.

The current setting is highlighted.
E Press the W or X button to se-
lect the unit for all messages in the
display:

(degrees Celsius) or
°F
(degrees Fahrenheit).
