Open rear doors only when conditions are
safe to do so.
Rear door
E To unlock: slide catch 2 to the left.
You will see a white marking. Only the
rear door is unlocked. The other doors
remain locked.
E To open: pull opening lever 1 and
open the unlocked rear door.
E Always make sure that the open rear
door is correctly engaged in the detent.
E To close: make sure that the left-hand
rear door is closed.
E Pull the right-hand rear door firmly
closed by the door handle.
E To lock: slide catch 2 to the right.
The white marking is no longer visible.
Only the rear door is locked. The other
doors remain unlocked.
The partition sliding door is in the partition
between the cab and the load compart-
ment.
Operating the partition sliding door
from inside the cab
E To open: turn the key counterclock-
wise 3.
The sliding door is unlocked.
E Slide the sliding door to the right as far
as stop 2.

Make sure that nobody can become trapped
as you close the rear door.

Do not operate the partition sliding door
while the vehicle is in motion. You could oth-
erwise lose control of the vehicle as a result
of moving the partition and cause an accident
and injure yourself and others.

as you close the partition sliding door.

Make sure that the partition sliding door is
closed and locked before operating the vehi-
cle. Otherwise, the partition sliding door can
slam shut, or open and then slam shut, while
the vehicle is operating, such as during a
turn.
This could cause serious crushing or severing
injuries to hands, arms and other parts of the
body struck by the sliding door.
