Broadcasts cannot be used for this query.
FC = 08
Diagnosis codes should be 2 bytes in length and fixed as 0x0000. If you set the data to a value other
than 0x0000, an error response will be returned. The data should be 2 bytes in length. The content of
the data can be set arbitrarily.
Interpreting "Normal response"
A normal response is the same as a query.
