16.5 Troubleshooting and error analysis
Analyzing general hardware problems or errors during the BIOS POST boot
process with Headless servers slightly differs from standard servers, due to the
missing monitor, keyboard and mouse. The following situations may occur:

16.5.1 The server cannot be powered on at all
This is probably the most familiar error condition, since the diagnostics
procedure does not differ from any other PRIMERGY server.
Power cords connected incorrectly
Ê Make sure that the power cord is correctly connected to the server and the
grounded power outlet.
Power supply overloaded
Ê Disconnect the server power plug from the grounded power outlet.
Ê Wait a few seconds before you reconnect the power plug to the grounded
power outlet.
Ê Switch on your server.
