057/001 Focus: focus change request not trans-
mitted or focus fault.
The probable causes of the 057/001
error are that the:
• HV cable is interacting with the tube
framework
• tilt movement is restricted
• Filter Wheel movement is restricted
• Tube Tilt Mechanism is faulty
Refer to JC DIAG A1302 TUBE HEAD
CONTROL FAILURE on page 965 to
fix the problem.
061/000 Gene. to Gantry communication driver:
no reply from Gantry after two attempts.
No Poseidon boot. If the problem per-
sists, change the Gantry CPU Board.
If this error occurs in conjunction with
the error 063/006 then the Bucky grid
has failed to home. In this case you
must:
- Remove the Bucky
- Reset the Senographe
- Reconnect the Bucky
062/000 Gene. to control panel communication
driver: no reply from control panel after
two attempts
063/006 Gene. init tests: no Gantry status feed-
back after 10 requests
No Poseidon boot. If the problem per-
sists, change the Gantry CPU Board.
If this error occurs in conjunction with
the error 061/000 then the Bucky grid
has failed to home. In this case you
must:
- Remove the Bucky
- Reset the Senographe
- Reconnect the Bucky
066/000 Gene date/time: access timeout during
date init
066/001 Gene date/time: access timeout during
read sequence
066/002 Gene date/time: access timeout during
write sequence
066/003 Gene date/time: access timeout during
time write sequence
067/000 Generator: Zero divide
068/xxx Generator: floating point calculation
error. xxx is VRTX task number
071/081 E12 Checksum error

Generator: checksum error on battery
