ERR SUB A003 - Gantry Error Messages
122/021 HALT COMPR FORCE
SENSOR DEFECT
Force has gone out of the acceptance range for the
compression force sensor.
Compression force out of range, refer to JC DIAG
A1217 COMPRESSION CONTROL FAILURE on
page 962.
This error can be due to a too high reverse force
applied on the paddle. If the reverse force is too sen-
sitive, the Faulty FRU is the Compression trolley kit.

122/022 N/A EMERGENCY
STOP MOTION
Somebody presses the Emergency stop button.
Then the compression node cuts the stop motion line
and all nodes see it. Moreover, the compression
board sends this signal to Gantry CPU.
1. Change the Compression Board.
2. Perform a calibration of the Compression Force
Sensor.
3. Perform a Compression Thickness calibration.

ONLY
COMPR SOFT-
WARE ERROR
Occurs when the compression node is currently per-
forming a movement and the Gantry CPU sends a
command for another movement while the current
movement is not finished. This is a CPU problem
because the CPU did not detect the current move-
ment.
Ignore this error. If the problem persists, contact your
OLC.
122/025 HALT COMPRESSION
NODE FW INCOM-
PATIBILITY
Occurs when the hardware configuration (CPLD) of
the node or the DSP or the MCU firmware not match.
1. Change the Compression Board.
2. Perform a calibration of the Compression Force
Sensor.
3. Perform a Compression Thickness calibration.
