122/026 HALT COMPRESSION
NODE PARITY
ERROR
Occurs when the parity bit does not set correctly on
the on-board bus between the CPLD and the MCU.
1. Change the Compression Board.
2. Perform a calibration of the Compression Force
Sensor.
3. Perform a Compression Thickness calibration.

CPU
The main CPU detected an error and activated the
stop motion line or did not deactivated it at all.
Ignore this error. If the problem persists, contact your
OLC.
122/028 HALT LOW VOLTAGE
ERROR ON COM-
PRESSION NODE
If the voltage of the power supply falls below 24 V
the node sends this error.
1. Change the Compression Board.
2. Perform a calibration of the Compression Force
Sensor.
3. Perform a Compression Thickness calibration.

READ TIMEOUT
ERROR
If the MCU does not react on the IRQ coming from
the CPLD before 15 ms, the node sends this error.
1. Change the Compression Board.
2. Perform a calibration of the Compression Force
Sensor.
3. Perform a Compression Thickness calibration.

CPLD MEMORY
ERROR
Test data from the CPLD is periodically read to
ensure the proper communication. If this error does
not match the node sends this error.
1. Change the Compression Board.
2. Perform a calibration of the Compression Force
Sensor.
3. Perform a Compression Thickness calibration.
