ERR SUB A003 - Gantry Error Messages
141/021 INHIBIT Coll PDO1 length
error
PDO[i] (for i=1 - 4) length error = it is a standard error
signal. The Gantry CPU sends a command message
which contains a certain number of databytes. In
case the length of the PDO is not adequate, this sig-
nal is produced.
PDO1: change FOV, PDO2: change filter type,
PDO3: lamp on/off, PDO4: change focal spot
Possible causes of error:
• Collimator has received bad data on its node
• Communication conflict/mismatch between system
and collimator
Actions to correct problem:
1. Check the cable connection (W409) between the
collimator and system, then restart system.
2. If the problem persists, change the CPU board
(re-calibrate the collimator afterwards).
3. If the problem persists, contact your OLC.

142/003 INHIBIT Coll front blade over-
current
Axis[i] (for i=1 - 5) is protected = the axis is pro-
tected. This is either because the motor current is
over threshold for more than accepted range, or
there is abnormal noise on control board.
Possible reasons for overcurrent:
1. Mechanical resistance is too big
2. Control board failure
3. The frequency of system commands is too fast

RENT on page 970 to fix the problem.
