Diagnostic for:
122/003 error code (CAN code is 0x500F or 0x5010) speed error
• Check the encoder cable (W302) and its J4 connection on the Compression Board.
• If the cable is not damaged and the connection is good, change the Compression Board (see Job
Card D/R A250 - Compression Board on page 1323).
• If the error persists, change the compression motor+encoder unit with cables (see Job Card D/R
A244 - Compression Motor with Encoder and Compression Belt on page 1297).

Diagnostic for:
122/005 error code (CAN code is 0x5025) correlation error
Error name: correlation error.
• Check that the compression timing belt is not loose or broken. If necessary, tighten or change the
compression timing belt.
• If the error persists, check the incremental encoder cable (W302) and its connection on the Com-
pression Board (J4).
- If the W302 cable is broken, change the Compression Motor and Encoder (see Job Card D/R
A244 - Compression Motor with Encoder and Compression Belt on page 1297).
or
- If the J4 connector is broken change the Compression Board (see Job Card D/R A250 - Com-
pression Board on page 1323).
• If the error persists, check the potentiometer cable (W303) and its connection on the Compression
Board (J6).
- If the W3023 cable is broken, change the Compression Motor and Encoder (see Job Card D/R
A244 - Compression Motor with Encoder and Compression Belt on page 1297).
or
- If the J6 connector is broken change the Compression Board (see Job Card D/R A250 - Com-
pression Board on page 1323).
• If the error persists, do the following:
Determine the Compression Potentiometer type (Type 1, Type 2 or Type 3) in the system.
