To Clear an EQCLockout:
1 Select the EQC Settings tab ( Figure 57 ).

2 Select Yes in the Clear EQC Failure Count drop-down list.
3 Select Yes in the Clear Number of Patient Tests Used After EQC Expiration drop-down list.
4 Select OK.
