8.5 Output Terminals
Signals representing comparison results (OK, NG and JUDGE_OUT) and
8730-10, 8731-10 status (ERROR, BUSY and STORAGE) may be output
from external control terminals.
In addition, a trigger signal (TRIG_OUT) may be output.
