(3) Scan function: Step
After the trigger, processing switches to the next channel and measurement is performed.
The total judgment (T_PASS, T_FAIL, T_ERR) signals are only output once measurement
of the last channel is complete.
• Once the TRIG signal turns on after measurement of all channels is complete, measure-
ment will start again with the first channel.
• During scanning, the TRIG, CAL, and 0ADJ signals are ignored without being held.
• For channels for which an externally connected device is selected, EOM will turn on after
switching processing completes.
