screen. Please restart the DVR to solve this problem.

8 There is no audio when live monitoring.
There are the following possibilities:
z The audio source is not a power picker.
z The audio output is not connected to a power speaker.
z Audio cable is damaged.
z DVR hardware malfunctions.
9 There is audio when monitoring, but there is no audio when system enters playback
mode.
There are following possibilities:
z Setup is not correct. Please enable audio function
z Corresponding channel has no video input. Playback is not continuous when the
screen is blue.
10 Time display is not correct.
There are the following possibilities:
z Setup is not correct
z Battery contact is not correct or voltage is too low.
z Crystal is broken.
11 DVR cannot control PTZ.
There are the following possibilities:
z Front panel PTZ error
z PTZ decoder setup, connection or installation is incorrect.
z Cable connection is incorrect.
