340-NVDIMM Error – Backup Error
Symptom
Persistent data backup failed and data is not available. Action: Replace NVDIMM if error persists.
Cause
The last backup operation, copying data from NVDIMM-N DRAM to NVDIMM-N flash memory, did not
complete successfully after a power loss or a reset.
Action
1. Sanitize the NVDIMM.

341-NVDIMM Error – Restore Error
Symptom
341-NVDIMM Error – Restore Error - Processor X, DIMM Y. Persistent data restore failed and data is not
available.
Cause
• The restore operation, copying data from NVDIMM-N flash memory to NVDIMM-N DRAM, did not
complete successfully.
• The NVDIMM has failed.
Action
Replace the NVDIMM.

Symptom
342-NVDIMM Error – Uncorrectable Memory Error - Processor X, DIMM Y. This NVDIMM will not be available
to the operating system. Action: Replace the NVDIMM.
Cause
Backup data on the NVDIMM contains uncorrectable memory errors.
